Raw banana-date cake

All raw cakes usually include nuts. This cake contains no nuts and consists only of three ingredients: bananas, dates and kiwi. The cake is sweet, tasty and healthy.

The cake is very quick to make and it is nutritious. Due to the combination of dates and bananas, it has a slightly chocolate taste. You can add carob to the cream, then the cake will turn out with a clearly chocolate note.

You can buy carob here.

Here is some information about the benefits of ingredients:

Bananas are rich in vitamin C, have a good effect on you skin due to the presence of manganese. Potassium improves your heart health and blood pressure. They are also good for our digestion and provide us with energy.

Dates are excellent natural sweetener. They are rich in antioxidants (no matter fresh or dried), can be good for blood sugar balance, can help reduce blood pressure. They are also rich in fiber and improve brain function.

You can buy dates here.

Kiwi is also rich in vitamin C, help to prevent insomnia, rich in dietary fiber and help digestion. At the same time it’s a good source of folate, rich in other useful vitamins and minerals, good for your skin.

This cake consists of several layers. The number of layers depends on the amount of ingredients. If you want a big cake just use more fruit and dates. In this recipe I use all ingredients by eye. The cake will be delicious anyway.

Take a round deep bowl so that you can then turn it over onto a plate or tray. You need to lay the bowl so that the cake doesn’t stick to the edges.

Cut bananas into rings and lay the fist layer using part of them.

Then make a cream. Grind bananas with dates in equal amounts. You can also add some carob in this cream.

Put a piece of cream in a second layer.

The next layer consists of sliced kiwi.

Then a layer of cream and so on until the ingredients run out.

Leave a piece of cream to cover on top of the cake.

The cake must be kept in the fridge for at least an hour.

You can decorate the cake after you take it out of the fridge and turn it on a plate or tray. This time I used sliced strawberries.

You can also use other fruit instead of kiwi. In my opinion this combination is the most preferable. Bananas and dates are very sweet and kiwi with it’s sourness is very useful here.

It sometimes difficult to watch. But I’m sure, in this way he develops self-dependence and creativity.
