Living kitchen - why it is important to be conscious

All people of all ages and nationalities want to be healthy, beautiful and successful. This applies to both men and women. But the years go away and the youth passes. Suddenly we realize that we’re experiencing irreversible changes.

But for those who are still young and beautiful this question isn’t so optimistic too. A young organism has enough resources to enjoy all colors of life. It’s capable to run, jump, swim, drive a car, work an so on.

Unfortunately, over time, the ability and activity of the body reduces.

Have you ever thought, why you’re so lazy after bacon and eggs with a cup of coffee in the morning? Why do you usually want to sleep after a heavy meal in the middle of a day? Why after a hard working day you desire to spend your evening on the sofa watching TV.

The last question is: why we have to devote some of our free time to hospitals and pharmacy?

As we know, all animals are active and healthy all their lives. But we don’t. Even superstars become old and not so beautiful as they were.

According to the authors of the well-known book “Living kitchen. Transerfing updates” Vadim Zeland and Ched Sarno, there is a way to stay fit and healthy despite your age. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this book on sale in English.

From this book you’ll learn what is generally important in this vital question. It’s food. This information requires to turn dead kitchen to living one. Living food affects not only your intellect and vitality, but of course, your appearance and health.

After changing traditional diet to healthy plant-based nutrition, all members of our family  began to feel more energetic, active and healthy. We don’t use any medicine anymore, only medicinal herbs if necessary. After changing a diet I began to practice yoga with great pleasure. My husband goes to the gym. Our son is fond of swimming and football.

As I said before, we try to follow the ratio 80:20. It means, that we eat about 80% of raw food vs 20% of stewed or boiled.
