Some vegans ans vegetarians tend to believe that the most harmful product is meat. Unfortunately, meat products nowadays are not the most dangerous.
According to naturopath Mikhail Sovetov, the most harmful food can definitely be considered the one that doesn’t exist in nature and contains chemical additives.
If you look through the list of ingredients of the most common products in the supermarkets you’ll find out that most of them contain chemical components.
All these changes in the last 20-30 years are due to the need to increase the shelf life of products, so that in modern conditions to expand boundaries of trade.
Even visiting healthy food stores in Sochi, I always read a list of ingredients. Sometimes even healthy products may contain chemical ingredients such as a lecithin, artificial flavors, colors, stabilizers and preservatives. In this case I try to replace this product with something else or to cook it myself if possible.
Undoubtedly, we aren’t sure about the benefits of all ingredients when visiting vegan or raw cafes and restaurants. That’s why we try to visit them not often – 2-4 times a month.
We should know that the chemical industry has invented substances to improve the appearance of a product, its smell, color, taste, etc.
That’s why different serious diseases are rapidly getting younger. It’s obvious that most of the chemical components contained in food have carcinogenic effect.
A body begins to accumulate these toxins without having time to remove and neutralize them all. It requires huge forces of the body. That’s why human health is getting worse from year to year.
So, my advice is to be conscious and take care of your health!
