During this seminar he told us about an importance of a proper breathing for health.
Here you can see 4 methods of breathing:
- Breath of the falcon. The inhale lasts 1 second, the exhale 7 seconds. During this breathing our body begins to сlear itself, it relaxes, you get rid of mental stress. It’s better to use this practice in the evening for 2-5 minutes. The inhale through the nose, the exhale through the mouth. No breaks between inhalation and exhalation.
- Breath of the bear. The inhale lasts 7 seconds, the exhale 1 second. During this breathing we are gaining mental and physical strength, energy. It’s better to use this practice in the morning for 2-5 minutes. The inhale through the nose, the exhale through the mouth. No breaks between inhalation and exhalation.
- Breath of the wolf. A fast breathing. During this breathing our body receives a regeneration. We can use it in unexpected situations, when we need a fast regeneration (for example, during an injury). The nhale and the exhale through the nose. Length of inhalation and exhalation is the same. No breaks.
- Breath of the snake. A slow breathing. Length of inhalation and exhalation is the same. During this breathing the body is more alkalized, a longevity increases, a clarity of the mind improves. No breaks between inhalation and exhalation.
